Jonathan Hondorf and Elizabeth Sharp Hondorf have been established real estate professionals since 1975. Jonathan is a licensed Building Contractor and Rental Inspector with a background in Architectural Engineering who has been designing, building, managing, and investing in unigue innovative projects since 1975. Elizabeth is a licensed Real Estate Broker with a BS in International Marketing and has been assisting in the design and management of projects. Over the years, our firm has completed over 900 projects. These projects have been featured in a variety of national trade books and magazines.
From Colorado to Florida, we have designed and built hundreds of one-of-a-kind custom homes, commercial projects ranging from, health clubs, restaurants, churches, fraternity houses, hair salons, corporate offices, small retail centers, and investment rental properties. From remodels to new multi million dollar homes. From disaster renovations to historical restorations. We have always advocated quality over quantity, smaller is better, and our primary objective now is to work with more sustainable projects.
Ultimately, our goal is to create enduring, efficient environmentally sensitive, high quality buildings, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional and affordable.

Each client receives one-on-one attention through the entire process from at least one of our highly skilled professionals. We do not make promises that we can not keep. Every project is approached from the clients perspective and needs. Many of our clients are repeat clients that come back again and again because they were treated right the first time, every time
Quality:
Quality is a word often over used and mostly unproven by many builders. We either build it right or we won't build it at all. When Hurricanes Andrew and Wilma struck Marco Island, Florida it exposed many truths about many builders. Every home designed and built by Jonathan Hondorf sustained no damage. None! How many builders can make that claim? You can't ask a professional builder for better proof of quality than that.
Innovative:
The style of our work is as unique as our clients. Whether its cutting edge innovation or historically accurate detail, our work is often imitated but never duplicated. We have been promoting and practicing green building technics from the very beginning, well before they became the marketing terms and standards of today. We promote a reduce - reuse -recycle philosophy not a 'crash and dump ' mentality. We have moved entire structures and restored or renovated them. It takes a skilled professional to be able to work with that level of recycling and reuse.
Creativity is achieved through a combination of our architectural collective, both in house as well as collaboratively out of house, along with the clients input and desires. With each new client a new dream becomes reality. Expect style and class that will not fade with the ages.
